Terms and Conditions daga8 – Platform Usage Guidelines

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the daga8 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use the daga8 platform. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Daga8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.

Access to the daga8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old or has reached the legal age for gambling activities as required by the laws of the user's region.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country or territory that prohibits or restricts the use of online gambling platforms.
• Is not currently on a voluntary self-exclusion list or enrolled in any recognized gambling protection program.
• Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Has never had an account on daga8 closed or suspended due to fraud or prior terms violations.

Daga8 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any balance in the account.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only on the daga8 platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. daga8 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong and unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols .
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact daga8 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All information submitted during registration and the KYC process must be accurate and up to date. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the daga8 support team without delay.

Daga8 provides a range of integrated payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer to all major local banks.

Daga8 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions beyond our control.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.

Daga8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the daga8 customer support team. Any valid and unclaimed balance prior to account closure will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

• Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible to receive any unclaimed balance or winnings.
• The decision to close or suspend an account is at the absolute discretion of daga8 and requires no justification.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to administrative charges or closure in accordance with current policy.

Daga8 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of game outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, or personal decisions made by members while using the platform.

The daga8 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. daga8 will make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times but cannot guarantee it will be entirely free from technical interruptions.

• Daga8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
• Daga8's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of that member's most recent deposit.
• Members use this platform at their own risk and fully acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk.
